Sometime, somehow over the years my mind started going a bit rougue, making me overthink everything. I probably don't need to say how overwhelming and time consuming this can be, regularly loosing sleep to often not being fully present in any situation.

I was hesitant at first to seek help, as it may sometimes feel like you should be able to get a grip yourself, but in a moment of clarity I reached out to Sally and I am so glad I did!

Long story short, I am so much more in control of my wayward mind and it's all thanks to Sally. She has given me tools to cope with situations and it was always simply great and so easy to chat.

I think anyone wondering if they could benefit from councelling should try it. Sometimes you need help getting on the right track even if you don't realise it.
