I cannot recommend Estelle enough, she has literally helped to change my life.
I have had an extreme phobia of the dentist for most of my life, and had not been near one for over 18 years. My teeth were awful and this affected my confidence so much. It was all I could think about and made me feel so anxious, embarrassed and ashamed all the time.
I had one session with Estelle, we did Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and after just one hour with Estelle, I manage to phone the dentist and make an appointment!
I have now been to a number of appointments and actually have a beautiful smile full of lovely white teeth! And I could never of done this without the help from Estelle!
I don’t know how it works, and to be honest I don’t think I care (no disrespect at all intended!) All I know is my confidence levels have grown immensely, I am constantly smiling which in turn makes me feel happier and makes everyone around me smile.
If someone would of told me just a few months ago, that I would be sat here now, writing this with a huge smile on my face, I wouldn’t of believed them! I couldn’t even speak to a dentists receptionist on the phone without shaking and crying.
Thank you just doesn’t seem enough Estelle, please know the words are said with such meaning. You made me feel relaxed and at ease from the start and I will be recommending you to anyone who will listen!
Thank you for helping me get rid of the fear from those past experiences and move forward to take control again!

From walking in I felt so calm and relaxed, this is through Estelle herself putting you at ease and the wonderful surroundings you are in.
The treatment room itself is a lovely warming place to be.
I had never had reiki before so wasn’t sure what to expect but Estelle answered any questions I had and explained everything.
I wasn’t sure I’d be able to relax due to everything I have going on but after a few minutes I felt so relaxed and peaceful.. the things I felt were amazing.. I would like to try again and see if I get the colours through that I have seen others mention.
It was an amazing experience.
I would definitely recommend.
