I’ve been coming to Noubalm for weekly yoga classes with Helen since it opened. What can I say; everything about the place is perfect from the beautiful building and it’s “old world” feel and Noubalm itself is such a beautiful space to practice in with a perfect view of the elephant statue outside☺️ It always smells amazing, just like their products and the atmosphere is perfect for evening yoga🧘🏻‍♀️ Helen is a fantastic teacher and the popularity of her classes reflects this. She’s so welcoming and friendly and always delivers a beautiful class that’s suitable for all abilities and shapes/sizes🥰🙏🏼

I’ve had reiki several times and always enjoyed it but my session with Zen by Hannah in Noubalm was unlike any other experience!
I felt so at ease, cleansed & calmed and felt a real emotional release.
The whole session from start to end was a thoroughly beautiful practice and Hannah’s energy was so beautifully soothing.
I can’t wait to get booked in again and will definitely be having this form part of my self-care routine going forward!

From the minute I walked through the door at Noubalm I felt a comfort and calmness around me. Hannah sat me down and explained the process of the reiki and the facial. I could tell I was going to love it!!!

Then I was taken to the treatment room where immediately you’re hit with a feeling of complete zen!!!

The treatment of reiki was so lovely and the facial with the noubalm products was absolutely gorgeous x

Today I attended the aromatherapy blend and massage course. What a wonderful experience it was. Held in a perfect setting immaculately clean, light and airy, a superb training space. I was warmly welcomed by gorgeous sara who settled me in and then we worked through the theory that underpinned the practice. We then went through the practicle from mixing the oil blend, to preparing the therapy room, to then working through the massage itself. Sara was 100% engaged with me the whole day, she was very patient with me, I felt open to ask questions and to go over things I needed a little more time on. I feel well equipped to be able to perform an aromatherapy massage effectivly...thankyou for your super energy sara and i really feel the ongoing support from you even though I have completed my training...your a true professional and super gifted in what you do, its your passion and it shines through🌟🙏
