Always a good experience visiting Noah’s Ark Dental practice. The girls on the desk give you a friendly greeting and make sure your stored information is still up to date.I haven’t ever waited long to be seen. I get a very warm welcome from my dentist Charles Major and his assistant where I feel relaxed and comfortable..I’ve only ever had good experiences with these guys .I then go in to a warm welcome from my friendly and cheerful hygienist and her assistant. Again..another comfortable experience. I have forgotten her name. She explains where I need to concentrate on and what she is doing during the thorough process. I would highly recommend Noah’s dental practice. I have been going there for over 25 years …including when they were situated on Fowey jetty…bit of a nightmare to park there! Now they have relocated to the far side of Fowey with two huge pay and display car parks on either side …only a couple of minutes walking distance from both. Another great advantage is to be able to visit…avoiding the town …and entering Fowey the back way..a huge bonus in the season.

I think a series of adjectives will suffice for my review of this brilliant practice. Friendly, welcoming, calming, quietly efficient, knowledgeable , spotlessly clean always, up to the minute technology. Finally an appointment is something to look forward to rather than dread and bung in open WiFi to while away a few minutes if arriving early and you have a surgery at the top of it's game. (pssst, you can pay me later Charles) lol

Addendum: I had an unexpected problem arise, received an emergency appointment in under 24 hours, all the above still applies, job done.

I was recommended to Charles when my tooth needed to be removed due to an accident. I opted for a dental implant as it was a tooth towards the front of my mouth. I was extremely anxious with trauma from previous dentists and highly sensitive to touch and sounds so this was a huge deal for me. Charles and his team were fantastic. They worked with me and allowed me time to feel more comfortable. With the entire process taking about 7 months I have been back several times and each time is a lot easier thanks to the care I have received. I’m so pleased with how the finished tooth has turned out and could not recommend Charles and his team enough. Thanks again 🙂

I always have a positive experience when attending this practice. The reception staff are fabulous and will always try to fit you in for emergency appointments, this week they managed to see me on the same day. The dentists are also extremely professional and always keen to make sure any procedures are well explained and as painfree as possible. Thank you
