She recommended cupping acupuncture, which I tried for the first time. I had my first ever back massage with Georgia at NLST a couple of weeks back not knowing what to expect so I booked the therapy massage. Georgia talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She told me I had a few knots in my back and could apply a bit more pressure so it was more of a sports massage. Safe to say I felt so much better afterwards! She was very friendly and tailored the massage to how I wanted it. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
