Met this amazing lady by chance in a shop, chatted and instantly felt she was something special, before I even found out she was a coach!
I joined her Facebook group and have been following her posts for about a month now. I've just had a three day course online with her and have found it incredibly useful.
Nina is very professional, straight talking, knowledgeable and supportive. Her insights and suggestions have made a very real impact on me and have helped me to ditch some unhealthy habits, whilst adopting more self care and positivity in my day to day life. Nina helped me rid myself of the guilt I used to feel if I was being a bit "selfish" by taking time out for myself, so quickly I wish I'd met her years ago!

I have just finished a 3 week course for self work with Nina. Nine is fantastic she really pushes you to question yourself and dig deep to find out why we constantly feel under valued. I learnt how I need to say No and that no isn't a bad thing to tell people. I am going through some tough times right now and nina has gave me the strength and belief that I can get through this and for the better. I loved the session around masculine and feminine energy and realise why am so dominating and how I need to draw on my feminine energy more. Nina is so professionall knowledgeable and most of all caring she has a heart of hold and is made to do this job. Thanks
