I used to be a total worrier – all day long, all night long, my mind would be whirring and worrying, to the point it was hard to function in life.

I had found other healing modalities before Access Bars that had helped me with this to a certain extent. However, it was when I found the Bars that I not only let go of worry, but was able to live my life in a totally different way – having a life that I love living, that would have been impossible for me to choose with the amount of worry and fear I was functioning from.

And the great news is there is always more – I love to have my bars run regularly, and I know it helps me to keep on moving forward in my life!

I had the most magnifcent session with Niki. To be honest, I had no idea what to expect. When I read about Access Bars I couldn't understand what the process was about.

But wow!

It really is something you have to experience.

Niki, set me at ease and guided me through the process calmly and with peace.

By the end of the session I wasn't sure if I felt peaceful or energised – it was both, equally.

Niki explained that I should let the session settle and to contact her if anything came up.

I had no idea what she meant, but agreed.

And this is where Niki set herself apart from any other wellness experience I have had.

That very night, a whole cleansing of emotion rushed to the surface. As promised, Niki was there.

She guided and supported me through the journey.

Then, for the next few days, continued to check in.

I was was left with hope, energy, and positivity that I had been lacking for many months.

Highly recommend.
