After having my son 3 months ago I was in much need of a massage and some relaxation. I got recommended Helen by a friend and I'm so glad I did.
I opted for a full body massage and it was fantastic! I was able to choose the oils and go through all the areas I wanted attention.
Helen is so lovely and professional I felt relaxed and comfortable and came away feeling great. Will definitely go again.

Helen is a truly wonderful therapist, I always feel fantastic after treatments. Reiki, Reflexology, Massage are my usual treatments and are all amazing. I have been enjoying a full range of beautiful treatments with the lovely Helen Rose for many years. Such a peaceful treatment room in the most tranquil of settings. Helen always knows just what I need when I go and see her, I have enjoyed reiki, massage and reflexology sessions and often a mixture of two. Helen is very approachable, supportive and shows a genuine interest in her clients. I would and have recommended her to friends for a bit of bliss.
