I booked a block of 4 hypnotherapy appointments with Nicola because I was in a dark place and realised I needed to get some help. I did not want to go down the route of conventional psychotherapy and Medication again and quite by chance came across Nicola’s profile.
The first session was a brilliant exercise and we discussed many thing. She asked me to detail times that stand out in my mind at different times in my life and how they made me feel. This was done in 5 year blocks and as we got to 30 then ten year blocks. Vocalising things some of which I’ve not spoken about to anyone before was enlightening in itself. And this was before any hypnotherapy was involved.
Nicola was intensive and caring and her voice is calm and very soothing.
Nicola sent me some hypnotherapy recordings which I still use every other day.
This therapy has been what I needed and given me tools I needed to deal with certain situations or feelings caused by situations. I have regained interest in life again and am enjoying the things I thought had become mundane to me. I feel alive again and this is due to Nicola’s work with me. I highly recommend other people who are looking for help to seek her out.
Through Nicola I have now tried soundbath therapy and find them brilliant to put yourself on a different emotional and mental level.
Nicola also used BLAST therapy in her hypnotherapy sessions which worked almost instantly.
Highly recommend Nicola and her treatment.
