I had such a lovely first experience of reiki with Lynsey! Lynsey took time to explain everything that would happen in the session, how I might feel, and what crystals she would be using. I had a wonderful first experience of reiki with Lynsey; it was genuinely one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. Not knowing exactly what to expect, Lynsey explained what she was going to do and despite there being very little physical contact, I really could feel the energy flowing through me. I had a great night's sleep and despite not having actually mentioned it to Lynsey (I didn't realise reiki was also used to heal), a shoulder injury that had plagued me for the last 3 months has been giving me less and less pain since the session. I'll definitely be going back for more!

I had my 1st crystal and reiki treatment with Lynsey the other day and I can't recommend her enough! She explained about the crystals she was using and what she was going to do and how I may feel. Absolutley amazing! From the relaxing atmosphere and soothing music to the feeling of total relaxation . Lynsey explained what she was doing and why which helped me understand what reiki and crystal therapy is all about. I would thoroughly recommend Lynsey to anyone who is needing a boost!
