I recently visited here for treatment and was disgusted with the dirt of the waiting room (which doubles as an office), dust and cobwebs, a half-dead plant on the windowsill and an excessively noisy printer/fax machine. Then there was the toilet -- disgusting! I had to clean it before using it, barely one toilet roll in use and none spare, no available paper towels and a bin which had not been emptied in ages. When I spoke to the owner, she was defensive, making the excuse that she had been away for two months and when I asked if there was a regular cleaner, the response was that 'she hadn't turned up'. I have had to give one star because it is not possible to post a review without it but it deserves no star.
In contrast the treatment I received from my practitioner was excellent and I shall write a very positive review on her own website.

The experience was good whilst i could attend. However, because of a personal problem there was no follow up and I could not re-book another treatment. Now, a year on a survey is sent to me for comment. I would like to have continue my treatment, but alas not to be.
