I sought help from Mark at Newcastle Hypnotherapy to deal with lifelong chronic pain issues. Mark and I had 4 sessions of 2 hours duration across the winter period. I have seen tangible, positive changes, both physically and mentally. As a hypnotherapy trainee myself, I was curious to experience therapy from a client's perspective and Mark was very passionate about explaining everything and giving me lots of follow up material to go deeper with it. I found the longer sessions effective as they allowed for more space to explore integrated approaches. Mark combines his expertise in hypnotherapy with his background in nutrition and health foods so the sessions were really practically-focused and enabled change through a series of steps. I will continue to use all of these skills, going forward, alongside a tailored diet and supplement regime. My pain episodes have reduced from every 2 days to something closer to once a fortnight - a huge step change. I have also regained mental clarity and energy which is helping me to approach the stresses and strains of my circumstances with less anxiety and an empowering sense of hope.

I recently had a hair test from Newcastle Hypnotherapy by Mark in Gosforth Newcastle upon Tyne to identify any food intolerances or allergies I might have, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the service was professional, thorough, and incredibly supportive.

Once I received the results via email, Mark arranged a follow-up appointment to review them with me. He went through each section in meticulous detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and fully understood every aspect of the findings. The 2nd lot of intolerances can be reset by cutting them down or out for 30 to 60 days and slowly reintroducing them.

He introduced me to a fantastic app to track my food intake, which has been immensely helpful, and suggested an insightful book packed with a variety of ingredients and recipes. This has made the transition so much easier and even enjoyable, as it opened up new possibilities for my diet.

What stood out most was Mark’s commitment to ongoing support. He assured me that if I encountered any problems or had questions, I could simply give him a call, and he would guide me through any challenges. This level of personalised care is rare and deeply appreciated.

Mark also reminded me about the self hypnosis workshops that I attended with him, because as a busy professional relaxation therapy is most important. Mark also suggested that I could book and have a hypnotherapy session with him for relaxation and stress management

Mark’s attention to detail and dedication to his clients are outstanding. I am so impressed with the service that I have already decided to schedule another hair test in three months to track my progress and see the changes. I cannot recommend this service highly enough – it’s been an incredibly positive and transformative experience.

I was really struggling with anxiety and stress, in particular in relation to work and getting imposter syndrome.
