A very good councilling service. I have found them to be friendly, professional and understanding, from everyone on the reception to the very nice lady who has been helping me. It isn't very often one can find somewhere like this to go. They help a lot of people. Thank you all at NRCS. I would highly recommend.

Everyone at Newromney Counseling service are very friendly and helpful. Jackie my counselor is a compassionate, amazing lady, she has helped me so much with my problem's. I can’t thank new Romney Counselling service enough, for helping me through an extremely awful time in my life. I recommend their service to all my friends and family. Therapy is painful at times but it’s never worse than the pain of not working through it. My therapist is friendly and professional and challenges me when needed. Whole heartedly recommend this service!

Disgusting treatment of their clients. They take advantage of vulnerable people and change the prices. Wouldn’t pay a single penny for their unskilled and inexperienced “counsellors”. Communication throughout the service is appalling. Had family use their services a while ago and never again

What a life saver this counselling service was. Sue my councellor was the kindest most understanding person that l have had the pleasure to have known even after my few years gap when l needed help again she was there for me and said she always would be can't thank you enough Sue

A family I know needed help and counciling. They came to you for that help and counciling and couldn't afford your "donation".
Is it only those that can afford your donation that can get help or are there exceptions?

Both counsellors we saw were completely unprofessional. One of them had terrible communication and gave inappropriate advice making the session uncomfortable while the other was unnecessarily aggressive and judgemental.
