Absolutely amazing!!
In the area for only 5 days, and researched gyms online.
After narrowing it down to a few, I phoned New Age Fitness - that was it! The girl I spoke to sealed the deal. She was so helpful and told me about the 1 week membership which was perfect.
When I arrived Kim helped me, and was lovely.
Full tour and nothing was too much of a problem.
She also lent me a padlock as I didn’t have one.
For the next 4 days, I was so impressed by all the staff / trainers. They always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help.
I’ve been in many many gyms in different countries, and I have never had such service.
In addition, I was impressed by the range of the equipment and the condition.
I wish you’d open in my town (Gran Canaria)

New gym in Wishaw. Opened Feb 2022. Recently visited here this year. I have to say that I wish all gyms were like this. Up to date brand new equipment. Smart, tidy and clean. Wide range to choose from and equipment laid out in a well thought out locations. Such a stylish gym. Nice pleasant helpful staff. Really nice lighting as well in the gym. Parking is available outside, make sure you put your registration in the machine by reception as it is monitored. I would recommend this gym and when I last saw it was £20 a month which is an absolute bargain. Decent members as well which helps a lot.

I recently attended my first Body Attack class, and I found the experience quite challenging. The instructor seemed focused on making me feel overwhelmed because I was new. Instead of offering encouragement, she emphasized how difficult the class was, which made the experience feel less welcoming. If it's your first time, be prepared for a lack of support from the instructors. Overall, I felt it was a waste of money due to the insufficient guidance for newcomers!!!!!!.

This gym is fantastic and the location is so convenient. The staff go above and beyond to provide a great range of classes and to support all of the gym members. There is a wide range of machines and space so you never feel crammed or like you’re waiting long to use any of the machines. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone thinking of signing up!

Recently joined and was very anxious as a first time gym goer , nothing like how id imagined , the place is very clean , loads of equipment to choose from , staff are lovely ! Always good music and i LOVE the lighting , so glad i joined !
