Just remember, taking actions will be the most important part of the process (at least this is my case). Nermine provides the framework and support, but the work itself is yours to do. You will be given tasks and reflective exercises that invite you to dig deep within yourself. While this process can be intense, it is equally rewarding. Nermine has been very patient with me which I am so much grateful for.
