Nayland Care have been totally amazing and given our Dad the greatest of care, they enabled him to have his final wish of staying in his own home until the end. The team treated Dad with so much respect & dignity, warmth & kindness like one of their own family members, and always went above the call of duty for dads needs. Keeping us informed of any suggestions or changes. We always had great peace of mind. If anyone is looking for the right care for their loved one, I would always recommend Nayland Care extremely highly, and as a family we will always be so very grateful to them for the years of care they delivered to Dad, Thank you all at Nayland Care, and if I may mention 2 very special ladies Jo & Diane thank you both for everything.

Had my father in law with thid company not allowed to put cream on not allowed to help around home even though he is disabled wouldn't recommend this company avoid like COVID shame I have to give a 1 star should be minus 3 stars
Best thing this company can do is give up nothing much else they can do

Nayland Care have been looking after my great aunt (as well as my great uncle until he passed away) for a few years now. I cannot praise the carers enough. They genuinely care about her and have taken the time to get to know her and her personal needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The fact that the same small group of carers look after her makes it very personal and ensured that she was comfortable from the start as she always knows who will be with her. Karen is outstanding she keeps in touch to let us know how everything is and always has her clients interests at heart.

At first I found Nayland to be very dissapointing we had carers going into my mother in laws house being in there phones, not making enough effort with mum really rushing and doing half a job. They have recently had a staff cut and no longer had some of the staff and we have seen new faces that so far seem to impeccable. Would really recommend Nayland very reliable considering how far out and rubbish the country lanes are. Good job Nayland.
