I first started meeting with Neil three years ago and still regularly chat to him every week.

Having been sceptical of counselling and psychotherapy I attended our first session with trepidation.

However, Neil has been nothing but caring and compassionate. Through speaking to him I have gained a much deeper awareness of my life and issues.

At times the process has been wrought with tears and pain, but it has all been worth it. My mental health and emotional awareness has improved immeasurably and I credit that to Neil’s persistence, professionalism and compassion.

After once dreading the idea of talking about my emotions, I now look forward to our weekly chats.

I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone in need of counselling.
