I've been struggling with migraines and hormonal headaches since young. Went to see a neurologist and they only prescribed me with Triptan. Yes it takes the headache away but it doesn't prevent it. As I used to get three headaches a week so I consumed many triptans a week. I started to worry if I get addicted and not doing any good to my body. Then I found Naziana. My journey with her started a year ago. She started by understanding my lifestyle, period cycles, diet, etc. Everytime I talk to her, she's really gentle and friendly. Yes I still get headaches but now less intense, gone with paracetamol. I consume less triptan than I used to (now only once or twice a month!). And now we recognise the pattern of my headaches. It will be around my period. Before, headaches every week! With Naziana's help I understand my body better, I become more aware of my triggers and I know what to expect around my period. Homeopathy improved my lifestyle and confidence. Now I can do more intense workouts (before, any workout triggers my migraine). Naziana also helped me with other issues like travel sickness an back pain. I truly recommend Naziana to anyone who needs a more natural approach for their health issues.
