June 2025 - Functional Medicine Review. Melanie is helping me with an arterial plaque problem. Following several tests she is advising on lifestyle changes and supplements to decrease the plaque. Melanie has saved my life. When I first went to see her, I could hardly walk and as a consequence was getting fatter making the problem worse with my general health and fitness also suffering badly. My problems were caused by many injuries sustained over 40 years. Getting to work became a big problem.

Melanie did a comprehensive examination which revealed that I had several problem areas (when I thought I had only one). She drew up a plan and over the next few weeks worked on me and got me mobile again.

That was 9 or 10 years ago. My health and fitness is still improving gradually all the time. The damage to my skeleton is permanent but I can now walk a lot easier.

As I am permanently broken I still need to see Melanie every six weeks or so. But now I have a great new life to lead; all down to Melanie's' expertise. Thanks Melanie.
