Also acting as a private (House) landlord, all very good until handing the property back releasing the deposit.

Does not stick to their word even after "The landlord is happy with the condition of the property and will release the deposit back to you in full"

Wondering if their business model is of the same model - of using the cheapest possible contractor and fitting items that are not fit for purpose. "Health and Safety when convenient"
