I had the most profound experience at Naomi’s connected breathwork class at The Bat & Ball centre in Tunbridge Wells.

You wear headphones whilst lying snuggled up on the floor with eye masks.
This enhances the whole experience to another level as there is no background noise or light to distract you.

Naomi’s calm gentle voice with accompanying music, guides you on an incredible journey to a deep meditation.

Naomi is so lovely, easy to talk to and has the most welcoming energy. Her coaching session was insightful and I felt heard. She was asking all the right questions and helped me view my situation in a different light which in itself was liberating. I was not sure what to expect of the reiki and sound therapy (all new to me), but it was so good that I wish I've discovered it sooner - it was soothing and yet deeply moving.

Naomi is such a warm, kind beautiful lady. I feel very privileged to of found her classes. You are always made to feel very welcome and comfortable in her space and able to relax and let go. I love her sound bath sessions but my favourite is the breath work sessions. The last class I attended was with the new head sets and it was an experience! I’m a regular meditator but I always go so much deeper and have a much more profound and intense experience in these classes. Can’t wait for my next!
