Gayle was lovely and did an amazing job. Was skeptical getting my haircut after interesting hairdresser experiences in the past but the cut is better than I ever imagined I love the way my hair's sitting now. It's never been so curly and bouncy I absolutely love it! Will definitely be back and will be recommending to all the curly girls I know!

Would give a 10 rating if I could, she was absolutely amazing she put me at ease and chatted to me about what style I wanted as I wanted something different. My hair looks fantastic I can’t stop looking at it thank you ☺️ The shop is lovely and clean and is just a lovely atmosphere ☺️

I have mobility problems and all the ladies in the salon help me with a smile on their face. The atmosphere is always friendly and happy. The salon is always kept clean. All staff very helpful. It's always a pleasure to go to the salon

I recently visited this salon in September as I couldn’t go to my usual curly hair specialist. I was looking forward to a simple trim to maintain my curly hair while growing it out (I have wavy curly hair). Unfortunately, this is not what I got.

The stylist layered my hair so much that it didn’t blend well with the rest. When I now style my hair curly, the layers look uneven and awkward. When I asked for advice on managing my curly hair, the stylist seemed unsure and couldn’t provide clear answers. When certain topics were discussed, such as my ethnic background and religion, the hairdresser made remarks that seemed to reflect a lack of understanding or respect for my cultural and religious background.

I wanted to leave the salon with my hair styled curly for an upcoming event, but instead, the stylist gave me a blowout and told me I could style my curls at home. At one point, she even used my haircut as a demonstration to teach her daughter, who was also working at the salon, how to cut layers. I couldn't really say no to this and this again made the experience more uncomfortable.

Overall, I was deeply disappointed with both the haircut and the service. It felt like the stylist lacked the knowledge and skills to handle curly hair properly .

I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless you’re certain the stylist is experienced with curly hair.
