I found Helene on a Facebook post about parenting issues and I’m so happy that I did! Helene is so lovely, she has a really authentic feel about her coaching which put me at ease straight away. The tools I’ve been given over the past few months have helped me to change as a person and father. I've had the pleasure of receiving some parenting advice from Helene. She is very authentic in her work, very open and receptive to the client's needs and her calm presence makes you feel at ease with her from the very beginning. She has extensive knowledge in child psychology and behavioural psychology as well as NLP and CBT paired with a lot of experience working with children and parents and that is very clear from every sound piece of advice she gives. I feel comfortable asking her advice about anything related to parenting and implementing it in my relationship with my twin boys. Thank you Helene for all your care and commitment.
