Sofia is amazing and has magic hands. I am currently seeing Sofia weekly for a very stubborn neck and shoulder issue. On my first visit Sofia pin pointed exactly the problem area within 30 seconds!! Since then I can feel progress every week!
Sofia is very knowledgeable and professional.

Sofia, really has helped me with my sciatica and did have pins and needles in my foot but with her massages and exercises I’m now getting feeling back in my toes and back is getting back to how it should be.
