I have been seeing Di for about 3 months and can honestly say it was the best decision I have made. Di is an extremely competent and experienced Therapist and I really feel that I am making improvements in my thought processes and other issues I am working on. I feel that it is very important that you and your therapist “Gel” in order to benefit as much as possible from the sessions. I definitely “Gel” with Di. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and I really value her input.

Grace has been a true gift to my daughter and myself. She has taken time to fully understand Freya and get to know her. Grace is the only other person who understands what Freya is saying even when silent. I also feel welcome and included in Freya's sessions but also that we may be able to move to Freya managing on a 1:1 sessions as I feel confident that Freya is very comfortable talking to Grace.

I would like to thank Diane for helping me and supporting my personal growth. She is so easy to talk to and creates a very calm and safe environment for you to open up in. She supported me with overcoming addiction by implementing a clear and easy to follow structure which worked very well for me and still does. At first I was a little bit reluctant about therapy, but after my first session with Diane the weight that had been lifted off my shoulders was amazing and I was back every week. For anyone struggling with addiction of any sort or just need someone to listen, I would highly recommend MySolution Wellbeing. Thank you so much Diane 🙂

My wife and I decided to have counselling to help with our relationship. As we we're having a rough patch.
Diane really helped to us find the root of our issues and enabled us to create better ways to communicate with each other. Diane was very calming and remained completely impartial. She was never judgemental, allowing us to have more meaningful conversations.
We are both feeling much better now thanks to her.

Sandy was very pleasant to deal with, I got exactly what I needed out of the sessions. She listened and set a plan to support me and worked hard to get to the bottom of my issues. Upon completion of my sessions I felt that I had a fresh outlook on how I dealt with challenges and this is thanks to the hard work sandy put into the sessions. a lifelong believer in personal growth I found myself at 53 requiring support in relationship counselling. This has been the first time I've sought out counselling and my choice after some research is paying dividends. Sandy has been exceptional in both her understanding, pace, guidance and direction. Warm and understanding, she guides the direction effortlessly at the same time as raising insightful questions along the way. Within my first session I came away with a different sense of perspective of my situation, and that's what I was looking for.
