Fantastic from start to finish.

The team at Kenton are very welcoming, making you feel at ease as it is a nervy experience!
Dr Shuaib is the man! His team were excellent, whilst having the surgery, checking on me consistently to make sure I was okay.
The surgery was smooth, efficient and everything that I predicted to go according to plan.
They even provided lunch!
The aftercare is amazing and I literally just had a call from the aftercare team just now, to check in on me. This is why this place deserves it's 5 stars!

I would highly recommend this clinic, consultant Rafiq was very good , along with other staff members. I have noticed they do the job for big names , but do not get the credit!! This clinic is very good , and I am booking for my beard transplant with Mr Rafiq who is a senior consultant

I was seen by Dr Alosert on 15/08/2024 for a transplant to add density to my hairline and crown area. My last tranplant was botched elsewhere back in 2019. If you read about Dr Alosert online, you will find his work history in plastic surgery, trauma centres in the middle east, and much more.

I was excited to meet him in person, and he was charming, had the best personality and you can tell he has cascaded all of his knowledge about HT's to his team who were fantastic.

A good day, was given lunch and looked after for the whole 7 hours. Dr Alosert came to see me at the end and gave me a hug and assured me all would be fine. He gave me the best aftercare advice (Please spray your hair as instructed people, or the grafts will dry up and die).

Well, here we are 6 months down the line, hairline and hair looking amazing, using styling creams and you would never know I had a HT, it just looks natural. Even if I get another 5% out of the next 6 months I will be happy, it looks fine as is.

A massive thank you to Dr Alosert, and the whole team. I wish them continued success in their field and in their lives. They do gods work.

Be careful save your money the price is so low because the quality is low use other clinics. They are not professional they only go for the number of clients not the quality and they use tactics telling you that you have bad hair and you need two HT. The clinics are not properly equipped. The clinic is converted into many small rooms the size of cells that it is difficult to walk past you on the operating bed. They do not check if you qualify for HT. They only want your money give us your money. Don't take your blood to check if everything is ok no checks at all to do the surgery. Surgery hurts a lot. In my case the consultation was very short you have to prepare what questions to ask because they will not tell you anything. I made an appointment for surgery they took £2000 deposit from me and two days later they call me saying they are not sure if I can have HT!? they cancelled the appointment. Then I asked for my money back and they told me that they don't give deposits back only if I provide a letter from my doctor then they will consider a partial refund because the damage they have suffered you need to pay admin fees, wasted surgery slot appointment which they could have used for someone else etc?. What a rip off these cowboys are. And you better be prepared for a minimum of £4000 pounds plus other treatments which they tell you when you are already lying on an operating bed so you practically have no choice. Be careful guys if something is too cheap it is definitely for a reason. You get what you paid for.

Avoid this clinic! Now I know why people are going to turkey instead of London, I was rushed into paying the full amount and they cancelled last minute on me. Another issue I have is that they have negative attitude to black people, can you imagine Dr Shuaib said they have a team for those with normal hair which are straight hair, so you mean to say my hair being in its Afro state is not normal? They didn’t do my surgery after collecting full money, they let me come to clinic to say no technician after they changed the time 3times.

Came here for my second rpr injection and I've very pleased, great customer service and very knowledgeable staff and doctors, Dr Alosert explained every and made sure I was comfortable before starting my treatment.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hair implants or pro treatment.

Avoid this clinic if you are thinking or you have booked, They will ask you to submit a good review on the day,

-They carry out no tests on you whatsoever, procedures will be carried out even if you are not a suitable candidate for a hair transplant.

Its only about money here, quick rushed jobs, many transplants happening in one day, by trainees, minimal grafts used even though they are aware you will not have good coverage, tactic for you to be back for a 2 transplant. Get it done right the first time.

Do your research people, I need to have mine repaired now.
