Luisa has been the most fantastic support to my daughter for the past 7 months. Having contacted several Psychologists to find the right person, I definitely made the right decision. Right from the outset Luisa has made her feel very welcome and had an instant connection where my daughter felt comfortable about opening up about her trauma, feelings and struggles. Her knowledge and insights into different situations and trauma’s are second to none, especially with adolescents. The coping strategies and techniques she uses have been super helpful. Luisa has gone over and above with the support she has provided to my daughter and to me as a parent, even reaching out to the school to ensure support is provided there too and always regularly communicates updates.

Above all, she listens, has genuine empathy with situations and wants to support in the best way possible.

It is difficult to find words enough to describe my gratitude to Luisa.
As a dedicated parent and professional who deals with complex health issues, I was utterly devastated when my teen child displayed signs of serious mental distress. We talk often and have a good relationship but the rapid and scary decline was something we needed urgent help with.
