I started attending at 28 weeks but it’s nice to see women at every stage of pregnancy. Rehana is a great teacher and makes you feel comfortable, but also gives you versions to push yourself if you want too. I always feel great after the class.

I have struggled to find a class that is outside of Mon - Fri office hours so this class is great for me. I plan to attend every week.

This is a welcoming and worthwhile class, I hadn't done any yoga for a few years but I've been really enjoying attending! I love getting tips for how to prepare for birth/techniques to use at home. I would definitely recommend attending.

Rehana is a lovely yoga instructor and always conscientious to work around our growing baby bumps. Through her own experience of doing yoga all the way up to childbirth (40+ weeks), she teaches moves that help us open our hips and prepare for a smooth childbirth experience. My acupuncturist recently confirmed for me that the bones in my lower back that open up for birth (I’m 33 weeks) are perfectly aligned and he believed it was due to my yoga practice (he often treats pregnant patients whose bones are misaligned as they expand and shift into place preparing for birth). I leave Rehana’s class every Saturday morning feeling rejuvenated and restored, light yet grounded, and generally happy and thankful, likely due to the focused breath work and energetically calm environment. One of my favorite results from the class is the social connections. Meeting other mums-to-be and sharing tips on maternity clothes, nursery equipment, and stories about our shared experiences is invaluable. I can confidently recommend Rehana’s MummyYoga class to any mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.

Amazing class, I 100% recommend to anyone pregnant whatever ability. The class helped all my pregnancy aches, prepared me for birth and ensured I could make a quick recovery afterwards. Rehana gives lots of options for different abilities and the group is so welcoming, it is more than just a yoga class!
