I went to MSK Rehab after struggling with my ankle for a couple of years after an injury sustained playing football. Nicole really worked her magic over the sessions we had and my Ankle is near enough perfect (which I never thought it would be). I would recommend anyone to Nicole as she is very professional and supportive.

The sports massages are that good that I continue to have them; even after my ankle rehab.

I had a real issue with shin splints and I was desperate to get back to football/running. Nicole gave me great advice (stretches and exercises to do) as well as giving me massages to help with recovery (painfully worth it!!). She definitely enabled me to get back to sports earlier than I expected. Would go to Nicole every time!

Nicole was very supportive with my recovery for both ankle and back issues. Great advice and very thoughtful (asking about allergies / comfort) and really helped my recovery - back to playing sport. Deffo recommend!
