I'm a full time martial arts coach and competitor. So my body takes a lot of punishment from pad holding, sparring, and all my own training. I started having regular sports and deep tissue massage with Mas and I have never looked back!

I also had major shoulder surgery 6 months ago. Mas has been able to work with my rehab and recovery to the point of training confidently, and injury free.

Mas is both professional and easy to talk to. He is super knowledgeable so you will get the treatment that you really need. I'm recovering faster, and hurting less. So I'm better able to enjoy my family life and work.
