First used Movement in Motion to sort out an issue with my knee, needing some physio. Matt was great, listening to the issue, working out the issue and finding the right solutions for me. Since then I have also done PT with Matt over the last year to help my goals, again, brilliant and feel that I have made real steps to improving strength and fitness. Completely recommend.

You will Never know how perfect a professional is until you experience first hand perfect service.

Weeks after a Miscarriage- I came in inflamed , swollen, with pains all over my back , knees, legs and entire body - Natalie worked her magic with her firm yet supportive hands - offering a list of exercises, stretches , gyming , drinking water and healthy eating recommended massage sessions- including Hot stone deep tissue massage and sports massage . Within 6-8 session I turned into a new version of me . ( i lost 10kg in the process )

I will highly recommend movement in motion to family and friends- They are highly professional, supportive, friendly and they do know what they are doing.

Matt has been helping with my recovery from a recent meniscus issue. He has spent time reviewing much of my movement to find where my weaknesses are, as well as directly addressing the issues with the knee. I have had a definite improvement in symptoms which I'm hoping will continue, and feel that the exercises I have learnt will reduce injuries in the future.

Very professional. I'd been off work for ten days and needed some help as NHS wasn't a quick solution. Got an appointment quickly. Great assessment and feedback regarding my issues. Followed up with a massage a couple of days later. Now back at work and feeling much better. Value for money too

I cannot express how nervous I was before I had this massage. Due to previous trauma it was something I never thought I could do. However my horrific back pain was just too much so I took the plunge.
Iain was fantastic. He definitely knows what he’s talking about which is evident in how he treated me.
I’ve walked away feeling like a new woman. Provided my schedule allows I will be returning asap to maintain this level of pain free!
