Practice. If possible, choose another GP. Almost two months ago, blood was found in my urine, after the test, no one called me from the practice and said that my analysis was bad.
A month after taking the tests, I wrote to the GP that I needed an appointment, then three days later the doctor wrote to me that I should repeat the test because they found blood. Of course, I came right away, made a fuss, they apologized for not calling me right away after they received the answer. They did a rapid test in the office to check if there was still blood, it was positive. I asked the doctor to give me a referral to the hospital, I would have stayed there longer, but they would have checked everything in one go and everything would have been clear. But they refused. At this stage, another month has passed. I received a referral for an ultrasound of the kidneys, they sent a message that I should just wait until July 4! I am simply shocked by how they treat people in this clinic. My urine is already visible to the naked eye, it is pink. They are probably waiting for us all to die here so that they have less work.
Second, last year I asked to do a blood test for my 14-year-old daughter, a teenager, to check if all the vitamins are in order, hormones and so on, since she suffered from headaches every day. They said that for children we do a blood test once every five years, Drink ibuprofen for headaches. At the beginning of March this year, I went again to ask to do a blood test, since she had been sick a lot lately, they said they would give an Appointment and only the doctor would decide whether to do it or not. We received an Appointment a month later, but alas, we no longer needed it since we ended up in the hospital, she had an operation. She had a very high level of calcium in her blood, also high PTH. If they had checked the blood last year, maybe we could have avoided the operation and the child would not have had to have her throat cut. I asked if I should lie so that they would check something about the child? They answered, well, yes. So take care of yourself and your loved ones.

I have been trying to get a hold of test results since December 2024. I wish I was exaggerating. The actions of the reception staff are nothing short of disgraceful. Their negligent behaviour is putting patients at risk. No one seems to be accountable for the receptionists giving you the run around.

I have full sympathy for overworked staff, but this is a case of zero communication between reception staff and a refusal to help.

Treatment and Drs were perfectly fine.

The older blond big lady who is afternoon receptionist is absolutely useless… no appointments, doesn’t care, just wants rid of you. Absolute disgrace , let a nicer person have your job please 🙏

A very oversubscribed practice. Dr was 30 minutes late for an appointment today, and the same last time. I was given a telephone appointment (they don’t give you a time, so you have to wait in all day for the call) and the doctor never rang, even though I rang the surgery twice and both times was told I was definitely on his list. They are clearly struggling to cope with demand and there is a very detrimental impact on the service they can provide. Individuals working there seem fine so it just seems a case of too much demand and poor organisation. In my opinion telephone appointments should be at a set time (and often you get told to make a face to face appointment anyway, but none are available to book).

Jane was amazing today and so helpful towards my situation, she apologised for things that had gone wrong that weren’t her fault and fit me in asap to make sure I’m seen, couldn’t have been happier with my phone call today

Receptionists are completely and utterly useless..got told that they have a late appointment for me to then be put on duty docs call list and then get called back by a receptionist trying to offer advice and not a doctor. Then being told my appointment has been given away to someone more urgent with out them even knowing what was wrong with me or how urgent it was. Need to sack them all and restart.. worst doctors I've ever been too!

Very grateful to have them as my GP. Always managed to get an appointment, the online form is great service for this. Never felt dismissed by any of the doctors I’ve seen, with issues being followed up on to. Fantastic compared to other practices I’ve been to. Thanks for your hard work

I had a good experience with this GP practice a few days ago. I phoned in at 8am to ask for an urgent GP appointment, then got a call back after lunch from the duty doctor with a slot the same day. I went to the GP appointment and got a prescription that I could pick up straight away from the pharmacy nearby. The reception team was very polite and quick to sort the appointment out and the GP was very understanding and explained what the issue was and how to use the medication very clearly. I had been a little apprehensive going in, having seen the poor google reviews (and also knowing it’s the busy winter season when everyone gets sick) - but turns out there was nothing to worry about!
