But, we have been working through some team and individual growth stuff with Martin and our management performance has gone to a new level. We are so much less afraid of the future, and we look forward to working through challenges now with a brighter & clearer perspective.

I originally contacted Martin as I was struggling to find a purpose and direction in my life. We met for 6 face-to-face coaching sessions and Martin listened carefully and allowed me to communicate openly with the problems I was experiencing. He provided guidance that helped me focus on what was important to me and helped identify limiting beliefs that were holding me back.

Since our meetings, I have been able to gain clarity and create positive changes in various aspects of my life. I have clear goals and a direction that I am working towards, which is allowing me to make progress in areas that matter most to me.

Since the age of 18 (now 29) I have invested a lot into coaching after realising how valuable having one in my life was. When I realised Martin was local to me, I was eager to get in contact.

I went to Martin because I felt somewhat lost in what I was doing with my life; I had no sense of purpose and needed more excitement and some new targets to strive for.

To summarize, Martin helped me gain a new perspective, clarity and helped me see things as the beginning and not the end, giving me the spark I wanted back. For the price, I can not recommend him enough as it is amazing value for money. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone and I am hugely grateful for his time.
