I can definitely say that Martha is a really good counsellor. She helped us as a couple to improve our relationship when things weren't going well. Martha worked with us both as a couple and individually, which helped us better understand ourselves and our relationship. Each session was worth it. Highly recommended.

Martha has really helped my partner who is an ex veteran with his mental health and dealing with leaving the forces. He found that her knowledge of the military through her family and being surrounded by the military herself really broke down the barrier of him feeling that nobody understood his thoughts. I first met Martha in the early months of 2020, she provides a caring and professional counselling service. The 1 hour sessions I had are conducted in a comfortable, safe and private environment.

Previously was offered NHS counselling by my doctor which I found was too clinical, so I went on to find one privately. It felt be a daunting challenge finding someone but I was immediately put at ease and Martha gave me the time and space to open up to her. I can honestly say the counselling provided over the period of 7-8 months, family, friends and myself have seen the huge difference it’s made since seeing Martha.
