We were on holiday in Barmouth and our 1yr old got poorly. Rang up and was offered an appointment and was seen promptly when we arrived. The receptionist was so lovely and kind, she even shared half of her biscuits with my little one. Thank you for your great service and excellent customer service.

Absolutely fantastic, we are in Barmouth on holiday and my 2 year old grandson had fallen ill the receptionist I spoke to was absolutely brilliant I explained the situation and she called me back to confirm the doctor was extremely busy that day but he would give us a call. He did return the call and helped us, called into reception to collect the prescription and the receptionist was very polite and helpful yet again.

On holiday for two months went to register as when I phoned they said they would be able to help me. Was refused and referred to Bangor Hospital who said no I need to see local GP went back to register as visiting and was told we already told you the doctor doesn’t want to see you as If something shows up he would have to follow up and doesn’t want to take that obligation. I’m in American with lupus and this is just crazy I do only public transportation and they wouldn’t even listen to what I was trying to explain what the hospital advise me... just Nope the doctor said no you’re not NHS so even though you’re visiting we can not register you. The front desk clerk was very nice and looked embarrassed I was treated as such.

I was obliged to register with a doctor having temporarily relocated to the area. The surgery is bright and has a positive vibe but the staff, from the receptionists, to the nurses and my doctor, Dr. Tam, I found them all, without exception, professional and helpful. What I really found refreshing is that they all have time to listen. A great team.
