A very relaxing and welcoming place. I took the Mindfulness course and it was a life changer, I just wish I had taken it years ago - everyone should go on it before you are unwell. It helped me break unhelpful thought patterns that I have had for a lifetime and I'm now much healthier for it. I recommend everyone goes on this course. My friend wanted to give them a donation, to say thanks, but no-one there knew how she could go about it. As they are always working hard to get funding to continue, I would suggest they have a donations box in the office.
