I'm so pleased we used Mind Professionals for our sons ASD assessment. From the very first contact they were helpful, understanding and patient. Everything was explained well and the clinical staff were brilliant with both me and my son. What could have been a very daunting process turned out to be very enlightening and surprising. Everyone I spoke to at Mind Professionals was kind, informed and proactive - beginning with the first enquiry phone call about how to begin an assessment for autism for our 9yr old via Right to Choose, right through to receiving his diagnostic report. Every deadline was met and every part of the process explained in a really helpful way - any parent who is navigating the world of neurodevelopmental pathways and local authority EHC planning will agree how astonishing and welcome this is! We are charging through a rich book and resource list recommended in the diagnostic report. The process was so gentle and positive that our family life is already improved by the diagnosis. We're definitely feeling optimistic and empowered to support our child and advocate for them, and to help them to understand themself positively.
