Very rude.I just wanted to know a few quick questions and wouldn't be long..1 or 2 minutes tops..We are busy,we don't have time,wait outside.We don't know when someone is available to answer your question..I said I couldn't wait in the cold pitch dark so just went..Why don't they have a waiting place? Plenty of room in their so called crisis cafe.I guess I don't look good to them to be let in.If that person at the door is what they are like then it would make me even worse

Absolutely brilliant service 👍 had a longer than usual CBT because the therapist wasn't sure after the initial sessions if I'll be fine. I've had additional 4 and everything went well. I've had numerous serious panic attacks daily, preventing me and my family from living a happy life. That's now changed because of the persistence of the therapist and the service itself. I have self referred and haven't waited long comparing to the CBT wait from NHS services.

I am disgusted at the level of service provided that upon arriving for an appointment I was told the person had called in sick and I SHOULD'VE been contacted, which I wasn't! They are dealing with people's lives and time and this affects people's mental state. It took me ages to get the help I asked for after numerous messages left and no returned calls, and now this! I am NOT impressed! Something like this would make even the most sane person insane!

I have been waiting on the cbt list for 9 months. I was told I was red flagged due to various issues and I chase them every week and get the same answer, we will get in touch soon. It will be soon. We can't tell you much more. What will it take for me to get seen? My dosage of antidepressants has been put up and the depression has got worse and this doesn't help.

Their talking therapy option 1 is difficult to speak to the team. I’ve been emailing and leaving voicemail every week but they do not seem to return any calls.
