I have has the pleasure of seeing Carly on a monthly basis now for over a year. I started off with upper back pain and issues in my sacroiliac region due to incorrect working conditions over a long period of time.

Since then Carly has worked on me piece by piece and I am a lot better off for it. After my first ever session, deep tissue massage with cupping, I walked up the road afterwards and immediately felt better, I felt like a spring chicken again. I had not been that loose in years.

I would highly recommend Carly to anyone who is experiencing little niggles, she is extremely knowledgeable and can pinpoint the cause of the pain, its not usually where you think!

Carly is amazing at her job. She gave me full movement in my frozen shoulder after the very first session. I had previously had 17 physio sessions which gave me limited movement and Carly sorted me out in the first session. Carly is very friendly, knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her!!!

I had a deep tissue massage with Carly. When booking in it was quick and easy. She is very professional and has great knowledge. She focussed on the pressure points on my body. I left feeling very relaxed. I would highly recommend Carly. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends ⭐️
