The life skills and confidence course that they offered was a genuinely helpful service, that helped greatly to start to overcome some of my apprehensions and issues with sociable behaviour and anxiety.
The course has multiple useful units and ideas that provided insight and guidance I was lacking prior.
It was convenient and enjoyable and I greatly recommend the course for those lacking social skills and/or suffering from social anxiety.
