Called their urgent mental health line as i'm extremely close to suicide and have been seeing warning signs coming (it's something I've been through before) only for the lady on the line to ask for excruciating detail about my >1 year prior suicide attempts (as in she asked about how i tightened the [item] around my neck 3 times over), was rudely interrupted multiple times ("i think you'll find i asked..." whilst i was trying to answer the question) and finally was told my problem was that i should just "get a job" since i was fired a number of months ago (but notably can't get work). They ended the call telling me i shouldn't have called and that their line was only for people in the midst of a suicide attempt completely contradicting the website.

5 stars though as making me explain my suicide methods in so much detail has made me really consider how to be more successful this year and after all, it's all my fault for being unemployed! plus they won't talk to me unless i'm actively committing suicide, so time for round 2! 😀

Looking forward to dying this time!

Absolut rude personel, poor services. I had an appointment which l missed by 10min due to trafic conditions. I asked for an urgent appointment for blood test as l was supposed to have a medical intervention abroad. I was given the next available in 30 days. When l made the app it was months ago. The person who l spoke to just hang up on me. Looks like there are dragging time, and cashing the monthly salary, even if it means to take 2 blood samples a day.... Absolutely unfriendly and useless employees

Not helpful at all.... they offer support for DBS declaration and have been given wrong information.
Have personally called in at the Kings center twice and still no further on!!

Totally neglected my dads care from 2018, still waiting for a diagnosis up until this very day, the receptionist Linda moon is particularly difficult to deal with, putting obstacles in my way to stop my dads care, even 3 months after these obstacles have been legally cleared Linda moon has not replied to any of my messages for over a month now, DISGRACEFULLY!
