I have seen Ben 3 times ,in brief 3 years ago I developed a condition called cluster headaches which is one of the most painful conditions known to humans , I have been 80 % housebound for the last 3 years ,holding icepacks and rolling round in agony my back this year finally gave out in various places. After seeing Ben had dealt with headache/back conditions I was at my wits end and booked in , in my first appointment it was great to have someone actually listen then try connect the dots , I have seen numerous doctor's and 2 neurologists and no one has connected that there was a problem within my neck and with 1 major adjustment on my first session and 2 further ones after I currently have been able to do things in the last 3 weeks I wouldn't have been incapable a month ago , I have had the best 3 weeks so far that I've had in 3 years , a properly tailored service I highly recommend 😀

I have started seeing Ben again 6 years after I first visited (below review) and I am just as happy as the first time. I am 4 months postpartum and struggled with PGP during my pregnancy, with symptoms worsening after birth. I sent Ben a message as I wasn’t sure what help I needed… needless to say within 2 sessions I am able to bath my baby again, play with her on the floor, and those night wakings aren’t so difficult anymore. I thought I was going to struggle forever but I’m already seeing huge improvement. Once again, it sounds dramatic but it has changed my life! 100% recommend.

I came to Ben early this year with excruciating back pain, to the point that it was affecting everything in my life from getting dressed to driving my car! Conveniently, I work just above his practice which is how I came to discover it. Ben has been amazing right from our first session; not only has he managed to work out my food intolerances (been waiting nearly 18 months for my GP to figure this out), but he has pretty much made me forget I ever even had back pain. Ben really takes the time to get to know you and works with you to achieve exactly what you're looking to get out of the sessions. If you even have the slightest bit of pain I would 100% recommend making an appointment - you will not be disappointed. I can hand on heart say that Ben has changed my day to day life and I could not be happier.

Outstanding!! My experience with Dr Ben Gait at Mendip Chiropractic Health has been wonderful. When I first saw Ben, I was in pain everywhere, the kind of pain that stops you sleeping, working, or just enjoying life in general. It was in my arms, legs, neck, and back. I had lost all faith in my Doctors Surgery, and I had all but resigned myself to living with immense pain. I also suffered badly with period pains, and PMT, I had migraine symptoms,sinus issues and other problems too.
Ben made me feel welcome and relaxed from the beginning. He took a thorough history and has worked miracles for me. At first my treatments were very intensive, three a week, but within three months, that was reduced to twice a month and now,just a few months later, I only need to go once a month. Most of my health problems have all but disappeared! I cannot recommend Dr Ben Gait highly enough. He's given me great nutritional advice, he's helped with relaxation techniques and exercises,and he has worked wonders for me. He fixed a twenty year old whip lash injury that every GP and physiotherapist I've seen had ignored. I've been able to go back to work. Only a few hours a week for now, but it's such a long way from where I was. Outstanding quality of care. Dr Ben Gait is now my primary physician. Go see him, it will be the biggest and best gift you can give yourself! And 4 years on, I'm still coming, every 2 months, just to keep my back in line! Awesome. Definitely come and try it.

In the past I’ve had two frozen shoulders, which I suffered with for one to two years. I felt another frozen shoulder coming on and decided to do something about it before it took hold. I went to see Ben and he listened to my problems with my shoulder and wasn’t sure that he could do anything, but did some manipulations over 4 weeks and my shoulder pain disappeared and he has since also sorted out aches and pains which I just thought we’re due to old age. I now feel like a new woman. Ben has a lovely manner and is highly professional and his staff are very friendly. I would recommend to anyone suffering from joint pain.

Highly recommended. My husband started seeing Ben for back problems and it was sorted quickly. It spurred me to visit Ben as I have a bad posture.
