A great doctors! The staff are all very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The Doctors themselves always make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you! Highly recommend.

Friendly, caring and compassionate doctors and nurses. Everyone, including the receptionists are helpful and offer everything they can. You can always get through to the reception and there isn’t long waiting times. Honestly the best doctors surgery experience I have had.

The short haired female receptionist that is usually on in the morning has possibly the poorest customer service skills I have ever come across. Every time I have had to speak to her (which is often, as I regularly attend and speak to the surgery), she interrupts, talks over the top of me and on the most recent occasion, put the phone down on me because “there are people in the queue behind you”, despite trying to get to the bottom of an important medical matter. She doesn’t listen to what you’re actually saying and tries to get rid of you as quickly as possible. It isn’t ideal having the first person you interact with when entering or contacting the surgery being rude and patronising. Plus, I see I’m not the only person that has had a similar experience with her, maybe it’s time to listen…

The practice is lovely and always very clean with waiting times often quite reasonable. However the receptionist is very hard to speak with and comes across as rude. The whole reason anyone is coming to the doctor is to see a doctor. Being told to go away and fill in a form online instead of having an appointment booked there and then is ridiculous.

Visited the surgery a couple of times, using the online booking system (easy to use), the Dr was pleasant and understanding. I was seen promptly, surgery is nice and clean. Staff are welcoming.

I cannot praise enough the doctors and staff at this surgery. When I first ring up for an appointment, and talk to the very helpful receptionists, through to seeing the doctor, the nurse or anyone else. I have encountered nothing but helpful people. Please do not ever stop same day appointments, we all know how lucky we are to be able to see a doctor the day we are ill and not 2 weeks later. Thank you very much to all.

Extremely rude receptionist with mousy blonde hair. I was 3rd in a line and everyone patient infront of my was spoken to like something that was stuck to the bottom of her shoe. Very patronising and condescending. I've never seen anything like it. I only came in as they changed my appointment to another day after I'd taken a half day off to see a doctor. Had to come in as the phone lines are constantly engaged.

I have been registered at this practice for several years now, and have always had good treatment by all the staff. I rang recently for an appointment where I was seen promptly, and all investigations done within the week.
