I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mei Wellbeing, from start to finish!

The booking process was seamless, with the staff on the phone being friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and immediately made to feel at ease. The initial consultation was pleasant, and I truly felt heard as I explained my concerns. Together, we agreed on a suggested treatment plan tailored to my needs.

My treatment included an acupuncture session I was initially fearful of, but it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr. Vincent performed both the acupuncture and massage with such professionalism and skill that I could never have imagined the results. I walked in with doubts after a sleepless night battling a migraine, but I left his treatment room feeling amazing. I felt energized, relaxed, and most importantly, relieved. Dr. Vincent’s ability to identify and address all the areas that needed treatment was nothing short of remarkable.

I can’t wait to return for more treatments! I know I’m in safe hands with the Mei Wellbeing team, and I look forward to experiencing the continued benefits of their focused and personalized care. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic massage with Dr Vincent and he advised to try some acupuncture it’s helped so much already! As a hairdresser I really struggle with my back, but I feel better and my posture has improved. Highly recommend!

Came here for a last minute massage. They fitted me in for the time I needed. Booked in for an hours full body relaxing massage. When I arrived they asked for payment upfront and didn’t ask if there was anything specific I wanted. When the masseuse entered I asked her for a head massage too and she said at the end. When I laid on the bed I could smell that the towels were damp and sadly that smell was so strong I smelt it for the whole hour. I also didn’t end up turning over as she spent the whole hour on my back and legs and then didn’t do the head massage either. A little disappointed.

I had Lee who massaged me and he was brilliant. He used so many different techniques to massage me and I was very impressed with his skill. The staffs were so friendly and the decor was really cool. It’s not super fancy but it’s very comfortable, considering how affordable it was. I had a 90min massage and Lee incorporated Swedish, hot stone, stretching and deep pressure all in one time. I wanted a female to massage me originally but he was the only one available; nevertheless he was very professional and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Give this place a try if you’re in town, it’s probably the only thing to do in Crawley besides the theatre!

My back just hurts, did not hurt b4 I went in. I asked for relaxing massage, I got hands and forearms ran hard up and down my spine over and over and over. That was basically the whole massage. Worst massage I've ever had. Now my upper back just hurts. They got no idea what they doing. I'm now in pain. Do not go.

I had the most amazing massage I've ever had in my life here yesterday! I do a lot of homeworking and hunch over my laptop all day so I get really tight shoulders. It was the perfect way to end my working week. The masseuse I had was amazing and knew how to relieve all the knots in my back and made them literally disappear! I felt so deeply relaxed and like lighter afterwards. Definitely coming back! Highly recommended.
