I went to Eda for a healing day. I wanted to experience a few of her different modalities and she worked with me to develop a day that would set me off on a path of healing and spiritual enlightenment.
Eda was lovely, passionate about helping and full of fantastic advice.

When I had my first past life regression with Eda, I didn't know what to expect initially, but she was very calm, gentle and patient.
I was aware of what was happening to me throughout the session, and I knew I could stop anytime, which gave me a great sense of security! I was in a very relaxed state to visit my past lives. Once I entered my past lives, Eda guided me very professionally with her questions. She knew exactly what kind of help I needed to release my past life blockages and understand my key lessons from these past lives.

Sometimes life just gets overwhelming, one thing after another hits you and makes you feel depressed and as if your life is out of your control. I felt like that. And because I felt like that emotionally, I started to feel pain physically, aches and pains from tension and frustration.
I went to see Eda and spent the day with her on her Emotional Transformational Retreat, willing to take a risk that she could help me and this wouldn’t be a total waste of money.
We spent the day doing some meditation, EFT, Reiki, NLP and Star Seed Healing. Asking for help is scary, admitting you need it feels worse, receiving it is amazing.
The day was incredible, I left feeling very positive, relaxed, in control, my pain gone, my thoughts very different from when I arrived.
