I’m sure I’ve reviewed Mary before - but time for a new one. I’ve been having facials and treatments with Mary for many years now.

Mary is always very professional and understanding of my skin problems.

Mary’s knowledge is always growing as she has a thirst for learning. She adds new treatments and process into her routines as and when she feels you need them (obviously with consent).

My facials are adapted every visit to suit how my skin has been and is at that time.

The products she uses are excellent and I continue to use some of these products.

The salon space she has created in Castleford is lovely and like stepping into a fluffy pillow of heavenness. It always smells lovely and it’s always very immaculately clean.

A really nice experience! It’s incomparable the hospitality that Mary offers compared with the big clinics who’s ripping you off $$. I only went for a wart tag removal and she noticed a second very small one and did it anyway. The entire procedure was clear and quick. I will carry on using her clinic and will definitely recommend her to family and friends. Thank you.

Mary Wheatley Beauty Salon definitely get 5 stars from me. The staff were welcoming and friendly as I walked through the door of this lovely little gem of a salon.

The atmosphere is stylish and relaxing throughout and my treatments were top quality, highly professional and great value for money. I left the salon feeling fantastic and will definitely be back! – Thank you ladies.

Outstanding communication, care, and service. Long time sufferer of skin tags and had been quoted £200 for a dermatologist consultation and over a thousand pounds for treatment. Mary was a fraction of the price, was in and out in half an hour and the skin tags are healing so beautifully. Some of them were disgusting! and I had over 30. Can't recommend enough.

I have been a customer of Mary's for many years, her staff are so professional, the quality of the products and treatments are amazing and it is just simply a friendly and happy environment. I have never had any issues like the one described on here for making appointments, in fact the girls have been more than flexible when I've had to swap and change, looking forward to my next facial, thank you girls for making me feel great 😘

Cancelled my appointment 2 days before I was due to go to a wedding and didn't offer to rebook me in before the wedding. And to the response from the owner below, yes I understood why the lash technician was not available however I had over £200 worth of treatments booked in and they could have at least accommodated some of the treatments or tried to at least but the response I got was were fully booked so can’t fit you in. The idea is you at least try to book someone you’ve just cancelled with 2 days notice even if it means you have to work overtime because surely customers and your reputation proceeds everything? At least that’s what I would have thought if I ran my own business in a highly competitive market. Also to mention as well when I originally posted this they had quite a lot of bad reviews and as a result even deactivated their Facebook page for a while. A lot of the reviews below look incredibly fake as they’re all 5 star and only ever reviewed this business. So don’t trust it.
