I attended Mary's Reiki One course to get me back into the routine of self healing. Knowing the benefits of Reiki I was keen to get started. Mary is such a gentle beautiful soul, her presence is calming and relaxing making the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable. Her knowledge is first class and the manual was easy to follow and understand. I highly recommend this course and looking forward to doing Reiki Two.
