Fantastic! Couldn’t be happier - my son has had an anxiety issue since the age of about 5 but it wasn’t until he started college aged 16 that this really became an issue each morning.
My son really enjoyed the sessions with Mark and took to him and the process well. After just 3 sessions he was able to deal with the anxiety through practicing what he had learnt from Mark. Another week on my son tells me he isn’t even thinking about it in the morning, just gets up and goes with no issues. It truly is remarkable what Mark has achieved, with what I thought may have been deep set in my son, in such a short amount of time.
