I have just come to the end of my initial 7 week treatment schedule with Kai at Maple Clinic in Uddingston. As someone in their late 60's and trying hard to remain active I had a lower back issue that was restricting my ability to walk as well as experiencing cramps in my left leg. Kai has been amazing and right from the start outlined the planned route for me. It had to be a two way partnership with him working on adjustment and me complimenting that with doing the recommended stretching exercises on a daily basis. I feel so much better now and have that mobility back and looking forward to getting back out there walking and cycling again. Thank you Kai and would highly recommend anyone in the same situation as myself to contact Maple Clinics.

Dan has helped massively with my lower back pain. The manual therapy was great and Moti Physio scan was really helpful in finding the areas of weakness and tightness in my body! Would highly recommend

I have suffered from a rotator cuff injury since July. After having physio and different massages from other places with no joy I decided to give Kai a go. After my first session I felt great and had a good range of motion. I have been for another 4/5 sessions since and I’ve never felt better I would highly recommend Kai and maple clinic to anyone.

Kai at the Maple Clinic has sorted out my back pain through manipulation. He listened to what I had to say, he put a plan into operation, and has suggested exercises to strengthen my back. Fantastic!

Neck pain 😒.
I suffer neck pain due to my job. Constantly looking up. Been an issue for 20+ years and have struggled with it for that time.
Recently visited maple clinics in Uddingston and I have to say the relief I get from it is unbelievable.
I really need to attent more regularly to sort the problem once and for all but from the couple of sessions I have had I can operate almost as normal as work.
Big shout out to Kai who is firm but amazing in his treatment of my issue.
I walk out of that place feeling 10 foot tall.
Will definitely be back once work dulls down a bit and time allows. Would recommend 10000000000%

After suffering lower back pain for many years Walking sitting or standing for any length of time was painful. Maple clinics was recommended to me by a friend who told me his back paid was all but gone due to seeing a chiropractor. Being some what skeptical I decided to go along as the prices seemed fair & nothing else I had done eased my pain. Kia my Chiropractor set me on a course covering a six week period. By the end of my treatment all my pain was gone. I am very grateful to Kia & his team for helping me as this affected all aspects of my daily life & wish I had gone sooner. Still amazed that I am pain free after suffering for many years.
