I have had 2 massages from here, 1st was from Yoko and second from Lisa. Yoko is excellent, possibly the best massage I have ever had. Lisa on the other hand is definitely the worst.

Lisa does not seem to know what she is doing, she spent a lot of time on my right calf which because of her was in pain for 2 days. She did do other muscles but did not spend the same time on them. Her technique and pressure were awful. She asked me inappropriate questions and made inappropriate comments, all while laughing all the time. On a few occasions she touched my personal area, while pretending she didn't. I didn't say anything because I just felt uncomfortable. The massage itself was dreadful. Not professional and certainly not what I expected. At the end she offered an extra service which I said no too as it was of an adult nature. Stay away from her.

(Note that I am trying to keep what I am saying PG as Lisa's behaviour was not).

Yoko was fantastic, she focused on the massage and everything she did on one side she did on the other. I could feel her working out the knots and it wasn't painful. She was very professional and polite. She even recommended how often to go without me asking which I thought was useful. I will be asking for Yoko in the future.

Just to note, I have had massages other places and the hole where you put your head/face seems quite uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Tikky in Sunderland. I’ve been experiencing migraines and headaches that are likely due to tension. Tikky focused on all the areas I needed. Her neck and scalp massage alleviated my headache and left me feeling ultra relaxed. I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Terrible massage. Spent the majority of the appointment on my calves. Didn’t ask anything about why I was there. Didn’t spend any time at all on my upper back. Didn’t know what she was doing at all. Also the clock in the room is almost 10 minutes faster than the actual time so they can cut the appointment short. Avoid!!! Complete waste of money
